What a fun tour ! It was our first time in puerto Vallarta , we met Manuel in front of the Hyatt. He offered us a great package for snorkeling at the Arcs. His nephew Omar was our boat captain for the day. He was fun , danced with us and made sure we had a good time . When we come back we will do excursions from them again!
